How the name generator works
Describe your business
One sentence is enough: what you do, for whom and where. Or just pick a category and a market.
Pick a style
Modern Arabic, Arabic with an international ending, short, root-based, premium, tech or youth: each style gives a different kind of name.
Compare your shortlist
Every name comes with its meaning, why it works, how to say it and a quality score out of 100. "Explain this name" shows its root and how it sounds across the Arab world.
Register the domain
We check .com, your country's extension and one that suits your business, live. Add a free one to your cart in one click.
Names made in Arabic, not translated
Most name generators translate English ideas word for word, which gives names like "Money Arabia". Ours starts from real Arabic words chosen for brands: short, positive, and easy to say from Morocco to Oman.
Each word is checked for unfortunate meanings in the main dialects and for Latin spellings that could be misread. Words that belong to one region are only suggested for that market.
- Real Arabic words with clear, positive meanings
- Checked for Gulf, Levantine, Egyptian and Maghrebi Arabic
- Live domain availability, never guessed
- Free, with no account, and no AI service reads your idea
What makes a good brand name?
Short and memorable
Two or three syllables are the easiest to remember and type. Most strong brand names have four to seven letters.
Easy to say everywhere
Letters such as ق and ث sound different from one Arab country to the next. A name that sounds the same everywhere travels further.
A meaning that helps
A positive word that hints at what you do, like ميزان Mizan (balance) for a finance app, does part of your marketing for you.
Spelt one way
If people can write it in Latin letters only one way, they find your website the first time they try.
A domain you can own
Check the .com and your country's extension before you print anything. A matching domain makes your brand look established.
Yours alone
Avoid names a known brand already uses in your field, and search your country's trademark register before you launch.
Arabic name styles, with examples
Modern Arabic
Real words with a contemporary feel: نماء Namaa (growth), رواق Rawaq (a colonnade), أثر Athar (impact).
Arabic + modern brand
An Arabic word with an international ending, as many regional startups do: Mizan Pay, Basira AI, Zad Box.
Short Arabic
Three to six letters, quick to type and easy on a logo: كنز Kanz (treasure), زاد Zad (provisions), يسر Yusr (ease).
Root-based
Words chosen for their Arabic root and its family of meanings: سند Sanad (support), from the root س ن د.
Elegant and premium
Refined words for luxury, finance, real estate and hospitality: درّة Durra (a pearl), شرفة Shurfa (a balcony), ثراء Tharaa (wealth).
Youth and lifestyle
Warm, everyday words for food, fashion and social apps: لمّة Lamma (a get-together), بهجة Bahja (delight), شغف Shaghaf (passion).

Name generator questions, answered
Cannot find your answer here? Get in touch and we will help.
Is the business name generator free?
Yes. Generating names, reading their explanations and checking their domains is free and needs no account. You only pay if you decide to register a domain.
Can I get Arabic names that also work in English?
Yes. Choose the style "Arabic-English compatible": those names have no letters without an English sound and are spelt naturally in Latin letters, like Sila or Mizan.
How do you make sure a name has no bad meaning?
Every word in our name bank was chosen by hand and checked for its meaning, for unfortunate meanings in the main dialects, and for Latin spellings that could be misread. What to know about each name is under "Explain this name".
Are the domains shown really available?
We ask the registry live when the names are shown, and again when you add a domain to your cart. A domain is only marked available when the registry says so.
What does the quality score mean?
It sums up nine checks: meaning and fit, how memorable and easy to say the name is, how brandable it is, Arabic quality, cultural fit, domain potential, uniqueness and commercial appeal. "Explain this name" shows each one.
Is a name with a free domain free to use as a trademark?
Not necessarily. A free domain only means nobody has registered that address. Search your country's trademark register, and ask a lawyer before you invest in a brand.
Does an AI read my business idea?
No. Names are put together on our own servers from our own word bank. Your description is not sent to any AI service; only the finished names are checked with the registry.
